The 6th annual Arctic Encounter (AES) is a two-day symposium taking place at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center on Pier 66 in downtown Seattle on Thursday, April 25, 2019 and Friday, April 26, 2019.
AES is the largest annual Arctic policy and business gathering in the United States convening national and international policy makers, tribal and indigenous leaders, diplomats, scientists, business leaders, reporters, researchers, and other stakeholders.
Advanced registration is required. Early bird rates expired on April 5, 2019 at 11:55 PM PST. Regular rates will expire once the event is at capacity. Space is limited.
Registration includes light breakfast on both days of the symposium, two seated keynote luncheons, all day coffee and beverage service, a wine and cheese opening reception on day one, a cocktail hour reception with passed appetizers and glacier ice cocktails on day two, and a closing seated three course dinner with keynote addresses, the Far North Fashion Show on the red carpet, and other entertainment. Registration grants access to all plenary sessions, keynotes, break out sessions, exhibitors, receptions, and meals.
The Arctic Encounter agenda for April 25-26, 2019 will be available through the AES website and will be updated as confirmations are made on a rolling basis.
